I ADOPTED A DOG BACK IN JUNE. HE HAS BEEN A GREAT DOG BUT I CANNOT KEEP HIM ANY LONGER. ME AND MY HUSBAND ARE BOTH OUT OF WORK. CAN I GIVE HIM TO SOMEONE OR DO I HAVE TO TURN HIM BACK OVER TO YOU. I KNOW HE HAS A CHIP AND I AM WORRIED ABOUT THAT. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO.
THANK YOU,
BONNIE GORMAN
