Crisis Companions

The growing concerns and precautions around the Coronavirus are changing each day, but our top priority remains with the health and safety of our employees, volunteers, fosters and the pets we save. There are hundreds of pets in our shelter who will continue to receive the same level of care and attention during this time of crisis. While we are unsure of what the near future holds, we will do everything we can to continue to save homeless pets in need and find them forever homes. We ask that you join us in this mission by helping us stay prepared for emergency situations. Please give today and your gift will go toward helping our pets stay happy and healthy while our team works to find them the best home possible.

If you prefer to give by phone, please call (334) 821-3222. Checks can be mailed to 1140 Ware Drive, Auburn, AL 36830.

Are you a local business that's looking to get involved with your community? Why not become a Crisis Companion of Lee County Humane Society today for only $200?

Business Crisis Companions help us provide a week's worth of care to one homeless animal that comes through our doors. To break it down, you are providing food, water, medical care and a spay/neuter surgery to a homeless pet in the community. Crisis Companions are essential to us during times of uncertainty. They allow us to continue to care for our animals every day in the light of a pandemic or other crisis.

If you would like to become a Crisis Companion of LCHS today, email and head over to our website to donate.
